Staff Training
All our staff is well prepared based on the following training courses and recurrent training.
- Airport Handling Training program has been implemented according to IATA AHM 1110 requirements, EU. Regulation n. 139/2014 and Airport Operator Regulations in order to perform ground operational functions safely and efficiently
- The Training Manual is an essential part of Airport Handling Ground Operations Manual so to be compliant to ENAC (Italian National Civil Aviation Authority) regulation to act as “Certified provider of ground assistance services”. The Manual is approved both by ENAC and Airport Airport Operator
- Training syllabus and Training material comply to ISAGO standards
- All Airport Handling staff involved in ground handling operations have to successfully complete all full initial and recurrent training modules as per any functional task
- Recurrent on competence for front-line and air-side personnel according to ISAGO requirements every 36 months
- Dangerous Goods Regulations courses for all operators according to ICAO/IATA/ENAC Regulations with recurrent training every 24 months
- Airport Driving Licence for all air-side operators with a 4 year validity and a recurrent training every 24 months for green licence in accordance to EU Regulation n. 2018/139.
- Human Factor, SMS according to IATA AHM/IGOM, DOC ICAO 9859-SMM, EU Regulation n. 2018/1139 and Airport Operator Regulations. Recurrent training every 36 months.
- Air-side Safety and Air-side Safety Plus (including Safety net) for air-side staff with recurrent training every 24 months
- Training on Centralized infrastuctures with internal trainers certified by the Airport Operator with recurrent training every 24 months
- Refreshment training for long absence for air-side staff off service more than two months
- Radioprotection for air side personnel according to Italian Law 101/2020 with recurrent every 36 months
- PRM - according to what expressly indicated by EC Regulation n. 1107/2006 and by ENAC Circular GEN 02A with recurrent every 24 months
- Initial Customer care module and related recurrent every 36 months for front line staff
- GDPR online for front-line staff, managers and administration staff with notice to all personnel
- Security Awareness Training PNS (National Security Plan) for operators with access to sensitive areas according to EC Regulation n. 300/2008, EU Regulation n. 2015/1998, SEC-05A and ENAC Regulations Recurrent is planned according to the ENAC Security Training Manual
- Italian Law D.Lgs.81/08 mandatory courses for each operator with recurrent planned according to the law
- Firefighing Training to staff in compliance to the fire risk classification depending on the role with recurrent planned according to D.lgs 81/08
- Staff is trained according to the categories of GSE and depending on the role as per IATA requirements with recurrent every 36 months
