In order to have information about your lost baggage, please call the following phone number:
DELAYED BAGGAGE
In case of delayed baggage please follow these steps:
- Before leaving the Arrival Area, please report to the Baggage Service Office
- An operator will assist you issuing the Delayed Baggage Report and will provide you with all the useful contacts you may need
- Our call center operates 24 hours a day at the number 0039 0258581285 and to get in touch with us, you will be asked to dial the PIN code given to you at the Baggage Service counter
- To verify online on our website the status of your file, please insert the PIN code given to you at the Baggage Service counter
- If, after 5 days, you haven?t been informed about you baggage localization yet, we suggest you to get in touch with your Airline Customer Care Office

Baggage collection at the airport
In case you decided to collect your luggage at the Airport, be sure to have with you:
- The Delayed Baggage Report (PIR) issued at the Baggage Service Office at the Airport
- Your own ID card or passport
In case you decided to delegate someone else to pick up your baggage, please be sure this person will bring:
- Copy of the Delayed Baggage Report issued at the Baggage Service Office
- Delegation signed by the owner of the file
- A copy of ID card or passport of the delegating person
- His own ID or passport
To reach Lost&Found offices, please follow the signs as indicated in the Arrival Hall

To check online the status of your record, please enter the PIN code delivered by the Baggage Service Office
