Delayed baggage

What to do before leaving the arrival area.

  1. Before leaving the arrival area, please report to the Baggage Service Office.
  2. An operator will issue the Delayed Baggage Report and provide useful contacts.
  3. The call center operates 24 hours a day at 0039 0258581285. Use the PIN code given at the counter.
  4. To check the status of your file online, enter the PIN code provided by the Baggage Service Office.
  5. If your baggage is not localized after 5 days, contact your airline customer care office.

Airport collection

Documents to bring with you.

If you collect your baggage

  • Delayed Baggage Report (PIR) issued at the airport.
  • Your ID card or passport.

If someone else collects it

  • Copy of the Delayed Baggage Report.
  • Delegation signed by the owner of the file.
  • Copy of the owner's ID card or passport.
  • Delegate's own ID card or passport.

Check the status of your file.
