Delayed baggage
If you do not receive your baggage.
- If you do not receive your baggage, before leaving the baggage reclaim area, please report to the Lost Baggage Office.
- An operator will issue the Delayed Baggage Report and provide useful contacts.
- The call center operates 24 hours a day at +39 (0) 258581285. Use the PIN code given at the counter.
- To check the status of your file online, enter the PIN code provided by the Baggage Service Office.
- If your baggage is not localized after 5 days, contact your airline customer care office.

Airport collection
Documents to bring with you.
If you collect your baggage in person
- Delayed Baggage Report (PIR) issued at the airport.
- Your ID card or passport.
If you delegate another person to collect your baggage
- Copy of the Delayed Baggage Report.
- Delegation signed by the owner of the file.
- Copy of the owner's ID card or passport.
- Delegate's own ID card or passport.

Check the status of your file.
